Vanity Fair has just posted the following item:
“After much consideration, and in support of the writers and everyone else affected by this strike, we have decided that this is not the appropriate year to hold our annual Oscar party. We want to congratulate all of this year’s nominees and we look forward to hosting our 15th Oscar party next year.”
That’s the only strictly A-list Oscar party. Bummer!!!

who cares. i’m sure there will be other parties. if this classifies as a real “problem” in hollywood, then that makes me sick.

i wish the grammy awards and the oscars would get cancelled this year
i’m not like the Grinch of the award season or anything
It’d just be a nice change of pace, maybe?
