The restraining order issued to Sam Lutfi in the Britney Spears drama has finally surfaced and the allegations are far more frightening than we first thought!!
In the papers, Brit’s parents allege her coniving “pal” and “manager” drugged her in an attempt to acquire complete control of his little pop princess.
According to the document, “He has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. he yells at her. He claims to control everything.”According to a declaration filed by Lynne Spears, the night Brit was committed, “Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids.”
During a dispute later that night, Sam allegedly said, “If you try to get ride of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.”
Lynne also said Sam told “me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel.” And, “He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain.”
This news should certainly come as no surprise. Sam has a long history of harassment with at least 2 previous restraining orders against him.
And so the plot thickens….

He was right about that much. He’s still a sick fuck but she also is still an unfit parent who never showed any concern or compassion for those kids (having a phsycological disease doesn’t disable your ability to show love). If she can hold Adnan’s hand and fuck him in dressing rooms, why can’t she hold her kids and show them that she cares? There’s the illness (which of course brings about bad judgement) and then there’s the clear decisive bad judgment that she as a human being has insisted on displaying. I hope she gets better soon, but I give neither her nor that scumbag she has allowed to take over her life a pass. The only innocent ones here deserving of compassion and sympathy are those two kids.
I just read all the documents and now I have to wonder who this Chad person is and what he’s gaining from the relationship. I wouldn’t be even remotely surprised to learn that Sam, Chad and all their paparazzi buddies are taking advantage of her when she’s passed out. He seems like an incredibly dangerous man and anyone who could sit around and watch him manipulate her like that and not do anything about it is a frickin scumbag.

I can think of several physiological & psychological diseases/disorders that disable one’s ability to show love. Extreme bad judgement is one of the hallmarks of being bipolar. IF Brit is bipolar she is not going to get a free pass. She is going to have a very rough road ahead of her. It can be controlled with medication, but it isn’t curable. Read Patty Duke’s “Call Me Anna” for an idea of what someone with a bipolar disorder can achieve and then read all the crazy things she has put her sons through after that book was written to see how much they can still hurt the people that they love.

Yeah I think that’s obvious that was not me. I agree that at this time in her life she does not deserve her children. That’s not to say she doesn’t love them, but she’s certainly not in the right place to be the best mom she can be.
I beleive all this shit about Sam. He seems to be one of those guys who likes to be in control of his women, and to be in control of someone as high profile as Britney….no wonder he is bragging. Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears, submitted a declaration in support of the conservatorship, stating that they didn’t tell Britney about the conservatorship because given her “emotional and psychological condition and her dealings with Mr. Lutfi, I believe Britney is incapable of keeping information from Mr. Lutfi. In particular, I believe if she knew I was planning to seek a conservatorship, she would tell Mr. Lufti about the planned conservatorship.”
I read Lynne’s declaration and thought her own actions were weird. It sounded like she sort of just went with the flow. There was nothing in there that said she wanted to get out of that house and bring Britney with her. She was saying how Sam jumped in the backseat and they all went to Rite-Aid to buy lipstick. I’m thinking if that was my daughter with this greasy guy I’d be telling him to get the $#@! away from my daughter. Don’t tell me to drink shots or give me wine! (Why are they drinking wine with Sam anyway?!) I’d be like, get the hell out of my daughter’s house now!

Lynne probably thought if she made a wrong move or said something wrong, Britney would kick her out of the house, then where would she be???? Unable to help from outside the house, that’s where. She played it cool and calm, assessed the situation carefully, and did what was appropriate in order to save her daughter.
