A photographer who was allegedly struck by a car driven by Lindsay Lohan is suing the actress and her mother Dina.
According to the court papers filed yesterday, Giovanni Arnold claims he “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” due to the incident.
Not surprisingly, if he wins, he is asking the court for a sum of money “which exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction.”

Interestingly, La Lohan hit up ‘Letterman’ earlier this week, and when Dave asked whether she had ever driven over a photographer’s foot, she joked, “No, but I should… the guy completely faked it. Amazing.”

I’m no Lohan fan, but those guys stand directly in front a car and have their flashes going off continuously in the driver’s face. THEY ARE ASKING FOR IT!

That dumba$$. I’ve seen the video - he ran in front of the car, and his injury was a bruised knee, and he let out a totally fake yell. He’s twice the scumbag LiLo is.

Having seen the video it’s so obviously staged … some scumbag photographer trying to make $$$ out of a celebrity once again … Anybody who views the tape can see he’s so obviously not injured & i’m guessing she can afford a far better lawyer than he can …
