Going on no sleep for almost 60 hours seems quite unhealthy for someone in a fragile emotional state, but it’s just another day in the life of Britney Spears.
The walking zombie headed to Studio City, CA this afternoon for a lunch date at Jerry’s Famous Deli.
Donning a Brad Pitt-inspired newsboy cap, Adnan Ghalib was waiting eagerly at the restaurant for his sleep-deprived girlfriend, who seemed dazed and confused from her marathon night Tuesday. Britney was dressed in the same outfit that she had been wearing last night and appeared bedraggled and crabby. The two sped off back to her house in Brit’s new Mercedes before heading to the Beverly Hills Hotel.
For her own mental and physical health, let’s hope Britney calls it a night and gets some rest.

What the fuck are they doing!!?? Seriously…they just drive around and go to gas stations, drug stores and car dealerships….ALL NIGHT LONG! It’s so strange. No wonder Britney is tired, she’s probably bored out of her mind. I really do think she is a lonely person and being out just filling in time makes her feel busy and gets her mind off her problems. She’s in a bad situation where she is lonely and wants attention but on the other hand she wants to be left alone. If that makes any sense.

I agree with Stephi. I think she’s lonely as hell and doesn’t have a clue what to do with herself. How many times does one REALLY need to go to the damn gas station, Rite Aid, etc??? I was reading US Weekly last night and there was a story about how Britney supposedly approached a woman and asked for her phone number because she seemed nice and she didn’t have many friends. All the other bat shit craziness aside…..that’s really sad.
