Grey’s Anatomy beauty Katherine Heigl clearly still hasn’t managed to give up her nicotine habit as she pops in and out of the swanky Katsuya restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday night for a few cigarettes.

The film and TV actress was dining out with husband Josh Kelley (not pictured), who celebrates his 28th birthday on January 30.

Meanwhile, the 27 Dresses actress and her man have been busy with the task of furnishing their newly reovated home.

Katherine has been one of the most outspoken actors when it comes to supporting the writers with the WGA strike, but there is no denying the fact that the 29-year-old actress is enjoying her time off the set!

    I thought the exact opposite FrankyBaby. Watching anyone’s cheeks get sucked in as they draw in all those toxins is sick. She looks horrible. Smoking is horrible.
    Miss… she’ll look like a smoker in about 10 years…. by then, she’ll look 20 years older. Smoking ages your face big time. It should be illegal.

    ‘Josh Kelly (not pictured)’ hahah did you think we might mistake him for the girl in the horredous green tights? LOL! I think a woman that smokes all the time like this is really unattractive. You can tell when someone is a casual smoker like Britney or the Olsens or whatever and when they are a hardout pack a day smoker like Katherine. Yuk! She’s gonna lose her looks real fast!
