Grey’s Anatomy beauty Katherine Heigl clearly still hasn’t managed to give up her nicotine habit as she pops in and out of the swanky Katsuya restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday night for a few cigarettes.
The film and TV actress was dining out with husband Josh Kelley (not pictured), who celebrates his 28th birthday on January 30.
Meanwhile, the 27 Dresses actress and her man have been busy with the task of furnishing their newly reovated home.
Katherine has been one of the most outspoken actors when it comes to supporting the writers with the WGA strike, but there is no denying the fact that the 29-year-old actress is enjoying her time off the set!

You can tell when someone is a casual smoker like Britney or the Olsens or whatever and when they are a hardout pack a day smoker like Katherine. Yuk! She’s gonna lose her looks real fast!
