In the days following her one-time fling Heath Hedger’s untimely death, a distraught Lindsay Lohan kept a uncharicastically low profile. But the always-in-black starlet managed to crack a smile last night while emerging from New York restaurant Cipriani.
Meanwhile, it appears LiLo’s sobriety has once again been compromised. She reportedly knocked back “at least two” vodka cocktails over the weekend at the Beatrice Inn while partying with rumour boy toy Brody Jenner and was later snapped barking at photogs who were trying to take her picture.
“Lindsay is learning how to work through her addictions and, once in a while, she chooses to have a cocktail,” says a friend, attempting to explain. “People overexaggerate her behavior when in fact on Friday night, many people commented to her on how composed she was.”
One source contends that drinks were showing on Linds on Friday. Confronted by paparazzi at the Beatrice, “she started going berserk,” claims a witness. “She didn’t want them taking shots of her with Brody.”
We’d normally criticize anyone who would take a drink following numerous stints in rehab, but in order to tolerate the likes of Brody Jenner, you might need a shot or two or twelve.

Drugs and Drinking, as I’ve said before, are just the symptom of the problem. Hopefully THAT is what she is working on most - her need for love and attention she looks for in ALL THE WRONG PLACES.

A relapse is normal, just don’t make a habit of it… She has been much better IMO.. baby steps guys Rome wasn’t conquered in a day GEEZ (I know I know.. i have a soft spot for her)

I agree, ONLY 1…booze isn’t her problem, it’s her solution. And for a girl in her 20’s, she sure is looking like she’s pushing 40. YIKES.

That is one freakish looking picture of LL. I don’t think she understands the meaning of moderation and I have never heard of someone going to AA and then being able to handle even one drink without sliding back into the patterns that got them there to begin with. Anyone want to lay bets on when she returns to Rehab?
