In what is only the latest and most predictable fallout in Britney Spears tragic life, the embattled tabloid princess reportedly had a massive fight with her one and only “friend” in this world — Sam Lutfi.
After a heated exchange of words in the car outside of her Beverly Hills home, Brit-Brit stormed out in tears to call her go-to opportunist Adnan Ghalib for a little support. Much to her dismay, a swarm of tear-hungry paparazzi were there to capture Brit’s breakdown as she realizes she’s is now officially all alone in this world.

Gosh I actually felt sorry for her there. She is one very sick girl and it still amazes me why they cannot do something for her. Its like watching someone lying down in the street dying……
A person with a mental illness cannot see they are ill - thats the reality. She needs her family to step in and do something and I am so sick of hearing people say that she wont let them. Poor f…… excuse if you ask me.
I hear what you’re saying Leah, but it’d have to be proven that she’s a danger to herself before anyone can force her to do anything (namely, be committed). Which on the one hand is nice. You should be allowed to get a little crazy and screw up your life without losing your liberty. On the other hand, it sucks to be a friend or family member and watch someone inexorably deteriorate like this. As countless others have said before, this girl just needs to learn how to STAY HOME once in a while.
Oh just listen to them saying ‘You look nice Britney’ ‘Very stylish’ ‘Are you ok?’…butt kissers. Seriously they don’t give a flying fuck what happens to her as long as they can make a story out of it and get some good shots. If they were really worried about her they wouldn’t have run after her when she was obviously crying and distressed. I know its their jobs but its also their job to be human beings as well.
She sounded really upset when she asked them to “just go away”.. I feel sorry for her.

Kevin isn’t to blame for this either, if Kevin was after her money then good for him, I give him props (if your as broke as he was you might as well). I say this simply because if you have the kinda money Britney has then you should be more weary of poeple (especially grown arse men who are don’t have jobs, has children and one on they way, is possibly still in a relationship with his baby momma, and lives in a flat with six other wannabe dancers).
