Hollywood “it” girl Ellen Page makes a characteristically understated arrival at the 14th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The critically praised Actor nominee went basic in a simple black Zac Posen number.
Cute, but if girlfriend wants to stay in the biz, she’s gotta kick up her red carpet game!

I like her a lot. She seems REALLY grounded and she’s talented. She said in an interview that she loves and plans on living in her little home town as much as possible to avoid the “Hollywood” thing. Let’s hope we don’t see her flashing her crotch for the cameras any time soon (or ever for that matter).

Hair? Pathetic and limp.
Make-up? Is she even wearing any besides lip stick?
Dress? Zac Posen has some cute dresses, but this basic cocktail shiff is BORING!
I hope he hires a decent stylist for the Oscars ’cause this is sorry.

She doesn’t need to dress more provocatively to stay “in the biz” because she is a talented actress. She is, obviously, a well-educated and classy woman.
Not getting her hair ‘did’ and buying a new push-up bra certainly confirms to myself that she is a human being.

Oh, please parissucksliterally. I keep seeing horrible flashbacks of Vanessa Hudgings butt naked and flashing her cootchi at 16. I’m just glad the girl is wearing clothes!! LoL!

If you have talent you can wear whatever you want. Look at what Streep wears (not that Page is Streep, but she is talented). It is nice she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She didn’t even know who’s shoes she was wearing. Go Halifax!

Frumpy. She looks the same at every awards show. Change it up a bit. She doesn’t have to don a sex siren type dress but some color or a different length dress would be a nice change.

She’s a great actress no doubt about that…but very few actresses get through with acting alone. I would love to see this chick have a full on makeover because I think she has the potential to look amazing. This dress, hair, makeup is just too boring and forgettable…two things you definately don’t want to be in Hollywood!

Forgettable and boring… not to any many who doesn’t chase the ‘whorish’. You know what wasn’t boring and forgettable? Her performance in Juno. That is how you stick around.

damn if she does, damned is she doesn’t… why do girls have to whore it up to be remembered? Longevity is the key… be able to keep working as long as you can and bring quality acting to films.. that’s what it’s all about… REMEMBERED??? I think you mean by gossip bloggers, certainly not hollywood.. I saw her in a movie called “Hard Candy”… she was amazing in it.. she’s been in tons of stuff actually
