As filming winds down and anticipation boils over for the new Sex and the City movie, an unabashedly stylish Sarah Jessica Parker is seen shooting a print ad for the highly anticipated flick on location in New York City on Thursday.

After showing up on the set donning a dusty rose strapless chiffon frock, her trademark beret and a ruffled shawl, the 42-year-old actress effortlessly slipped into a faux fur jacket for the shoot.

Are we loving SJP’s ensemble?

    Isn’t that the same fluffy thing that Lucy Liu just wore to a party? Isn’t that Fields person the stylist for both Cashmere Mafia and Sex and the City? Is that unethical of her to use the thing twice? ( LOL)

    I’m not sure there is a code of ethics for stylists. That being said, I think the dressing the 40 - 50 somethings in overly youthful clothing just makes them look older and rather sad.

    I am anticipating the Sex and the City movie, but I’m a german housewife of 44 years. And I don’t think that that so-called dress is in any way attractive or stylish, which has nothing to do with SJPs age. It is simply an ugly dress on a too thin person with bad hair.

    beyond loving it. i love sjp! shes just perfect.
    my best friend and her sister are extras in that movie, and she said that sjp was the nicest person that they’ve ever meet, and so down to earth.

    Love it! Not many people could pull this off at all! All the pieces are beautiful besides that fur jacket, even if it is fake it looks disgusting to me. I’m excited about this movie and I really hope that it doesn’t disappoint.

    I love it but I am so PISSED OFF about the lack of spoiler warnings. I don’t want to see any of the outfits before I watch the ‘movie’ (it’ll really just be a catwalk show) and I’ve basically seen all of them now. Damn.

    I won’t be seeing the movie. It made for great television, but that is all.
    And to the first ‘anonymous’ poster saying ’she looks great for a mom’…. What the FUCK is that supposed to mean?????

    She needs to do something about that lantern jaw. The face lift helps but that freakish jaw and that witchy hook nose are just getting more and more frightening as years go by.

    She could reshoot those mirror scenes for Heath Ledger with Batman. She has the profile for The Joker.
