Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck go house hunting on an unseasonably chilly Tuesday afternoon in California.
The couple visited a multi-room mansion in Bel Air that is on the market for a cool $22.5 million.
Amid news that Jen is taking some time off from work, this latest family development is only fueling speculation that she is trying to get pregnant.
Will the Affleck brood expand in 2008? Well, you’ll just have to stay tuned!

I agree, it’s ugly! There’s no landscaping and the windows are tiny. The house is as boring as they are.

If that’s a $22.5 million house, it better have a wine cellar, a theater room, a horse stable, and 20 acres of riding trails.

I guess you pay in large part for the view, and the prestige of living in Bel Air. I’m not saying it makes sense, I’m just sayin’ that’s probably why the price is so inflated.
And I hope they have more kids…. I saw her recently on a talk show and she is so damned cute …. oh…. it was Oprah! She was promoting Juno…. she’s one of the most genuine people in Hollywood…. living a normal boring life just like the rest of us.

22.5 for this place? No way. My house in Malibu cost way less than that and looks a lot nicer! There’s too much concrete here…not too nice if they are wanting to raise their kids there.

i like the house! it looks sweet and conservative. not your typical arrogant hollywood mansion. the price obviously has to do with location, but what can you expect..
