Hot off the press: Check out just-taken snaps of Britney Spears finally arriving at Mark Vincent Kaplan’s office today to give her deposition.
The fashion faux-ward songstress showed up without wearing a bra.
Despite the inappropriate attire, Brit showed signs that she actively wants to cooperate today by showing up on time. A far cry from Brit’s last attempt at offering her testimony.
Next up for Brit-Brit? Two court dates scheduled for next month. One on February 3, when her high-powered law firm, Trope and Trope, is expected to withdraw as counsel, followed by another custody hearing on February 19.

Hotstuff, think again. They take a lot more into account than mere presence. Just because she ’showed up’ means one thing, she can follow COURT ORDERS. Someday hotstuff will be a *real* grownup and she’ll understand that how you present yourself actually does matter. You can’t show up to an important business meeting wearing flip flops and torn jeans and expect a committee to take you seriously. In the same way, going to a deposition bra-less and in blue jeans doesn’t give the impression of someone who wants to be viewed as responsible. However, whether Britney beats hotstuff to this landmark of “growing up” is yet to be seen.
You’re 100% right on, Asa. In any case, deposition or not… she wont regain custody of those kids any time soon, and she damn well shouldn’t. She’s not ready to take care of two small boys just yet, that’s too much responsibility for someone as unstable and fucked up as she is. Those kids need stability and as stress-free an environment as possible… and that means no mom for a while (until she does a major overhaul with her life and gets help).

Clearly, she should not have her kids, there is no telling what she might do to those innocent babies just because she is a mental case.
