A not-so-modest Lindsay Lohan goes shopping in Malibu on Saturday at the Planet Blue clothing store.
The young starlet, who seems to have replaced her drug and alcohol addiction with compulsive shopping, left the celeb-friendly retailer to hit the trendy stores on Melrose and Robertson. Little did the actress realize that upon leaving her car to enter Theory she had her panties on display for the world to see.
Was the minor wardrobe malfunction the result of some unfortunate static? Or could it be the case that La Lohan is addicted to fame just as much as everything else. This way she can compete with Britney. Another celebrity who loves to show her underwear…or lack thereof!!

If you go out wearing an outfit that short you are going to flash no matter how hard you try not to. But she probably doesn’t care… she needs the publicity, and is probably being told by her agents and managers to get out in public to get attention…. how else do you stage a comeback to these stupid starlettes.
