It was another action-packed night in Hollywood (OK- when is it not?) as 20-year-old Jesse McCartney was spotted leaving Goa nightclub.
Under California law, no one under 21 is permitted to enter the club, much less drink inside. But these snaps of the 20-year-old actor/singer exiting the celeb-flocked hotspot tell a very different story.

Oh i forgot about him! Now that I’m older I kind of understand why I shouldn’t have been allowed into clubs at 16. Seriously if we weren’t kind of pushed in discreetly by the bouncer by girlfriends and I used to find some other way to sneak in. Back then I thought it was really cool and pretty much a normal weekend but now I realise why there is an age limit. Being that young you are more suceptible to becoming an alcoholic and getting mixed up in drugs and stuff, I saw a lot of my friends go to rehab young and a lot of it was due to the fact that they were in clubs before they were 21. If we hadn’t be allowed in we would have ended up at some high school party instead where we probably wouldn’t have got into as much trouble. Good memories for me but I was a lucky one.
a lot of the these hollywood clubs, call themselves restaurant/bars..so people under 21 can come in. that’s why you see the lindseys, hilarys, and jesses walking in. i’m sure once you’re inside it’s a different story.
he is old enough to go to nightclub .and i don’t think it bad .everyboby can go to nightclub .why can’t jesse go ?
i agree but he smokes and stuff. i have pics of him smoking at his little sisters bday. so, he may be at promises soon his skin gets worse and he always looks tired. wats up wit that. i just hope that he gets some rest in the next month cause he has to promote his third album that comes out a day before his 21st bday (april 8 cd comes out) (april 9th his 21st bday).
