So much for that claim about taking time off to be a mother.
Following in the steps of her babydaddy, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie is quietly cashing in on her image in Asia, where she will soon appear in ads for Shiseido.
Angelina recently flew to Los Angeles to pose for three different Shiseido campaigns, all of which will never see the light of day in the U.S. — instead, she is using her star power to promote Shiseido’s powder eye colour and liquid eye colour in Japan.
The 31-year-old actress has worked with Shiseido before but there has been no comment from the company regarding their latest collaboration.
No word on whether she will pocket the ad money or go the more charitable route.

ah, ads are an easy way to make a few million dollars in a couple of days. It’s the movies one after another that concern me more.
If you are going to airbrush the shit out of photos anyway then why bother with a celebrity or a professional model for that matter?

and i agree with parissucksliterally - which by the way, Anonymous, i think they just meant to say that filming movies (in different countries and being away from your kids for a long period of time) is not a very good thing to do. angelina’s job does not compare to someone with an office job who sees their kids all the time.

My POINT, “Anonymous”, is she doesn’t NEED to work one movie after another when she makes $10 mil per film. If she’s adopting left and right because she’s wants to be a Mom, then fucking BE one.

That is the effect they are going for to compliment the white background, GEEZ! 2nd: I know single mothers working two jobs to support their kids and NEVER see them.. atleast the kids are on the lot or close to them wherever they go. I seriously doubt those kids are lacking in love and attention.
And lastly, it is no one here’s job or specialty to determine a good mother. Paris Hilton’s mother spent lots of time with her girls taking them to parties and all to keep them close and now look, Paris is a complete degenerate with no concept of others… Calling someone a bad mother is a very harsh comment which should be used sparingly unless you are there every second to know what goes on… sitck to what you know PSL.. hating on real POS’s like Paris

Actually, I’m in school to become a teacher, and children DO suffer when there isn’t enough parental support. Being the child of a single parent, especially one who works two jobs, increases the chances of a child dropping out before graduation. So, only.1, I would say those kids ARE lacking in attention.
And it doesn’t matter, because Angelina doesn’t NEED to work that many jobs. Single mothers do it out of necessity, I’m sure no one would rather work 50 hours a week than see their kids.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but those kids actually have two parents. Last I heard, the kids are on location with both their mother and father, and while their mother is working, their father is taking care of them. Why should a woman have to justify her needs or desires to have a career in this day and age? And why does not the same apply to men and fathers? What is wrong with having a mother who chooses to work, and take care of you, and love you and perhaps feel that she was being all the woman and person she chooses to be? Is that such a terrible thing to show your child? And 4.54, what does being in school to be a teacher have anythign to do with anything? What, does that make you an authority on child rearing, child psychology, and the sociology? And does this provide you with a pass into the lives of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, so that you can say with so much authority that those children do not get enough attention? Gee, that’s some school you go to….
