That dress looks like a disease, but I think Hillary wears it better. Sienna looks like she should have a black bar acroos her eyes and have her picture in the “don’t” section of Glamour. Hideous!
I think Hilary Duff should have worn it with better shoes or with no stockings. I like it as sort of a t-shirt on Sienna with the boots but I would’ve ditched the over the top leopard print coat. That really clashes with the funky pattern of the top. Ultimately my vote is for Sienna.
