Britney Spears drove off less than an hour after arriving to court, and, swarmed by paparazzi, was later seen entering the Little Brown Church.
She stayed briefly and then was seen getting back into the black SUV she has been riding in today, which then continued on to a shopping centre and then ended up at Argentinian steakhouse Gaucho Grill on Ventura Blvd.
A custody trial can wait, but a girl’s gotta eat!
Meanwhile, Britney is not completely out of luck yet — since the hearing will go well into tomorrow, she still has an opportunity to show up and testify. Talk about second third forth fifth chances!!
As for why Brit-Brit never even made it inside the courtroom in the first place? CNN reports says she was saying, “I’m scared. I’m scared,” before she made a quick escape.

She should never get those children back! NEVER, EVER. She only cares about herself and that disgusting greasy stalker! Why the fuck would she date a guy that stalked her for 2 years! I bet he’s loving it though.
She needs to be locked up and not given any more chances! I once loved her, but now can’t stand the trashy looking whore.
It’s funny how the paps can’t keep her away from shopping malls, hotels, Starbucks, or trips to Mexico, but they can sure as hell keep her away from a courthouse when her visitation with her children is on the line. Ugh!

That is exactly what I have been thinking h! So they hound her into Target, Starbucks, and various shit hole restaurants all around California and that never stops her. A few photogs outside the courthouse and BAM she is freaked out. How nice that is that it works out that way for her. Just another excuse she can use…..
