With stripped visitation rights to see her kids, Britney Spears neglectfully nurtures one of her many pups during a shopping spree in Manhattan Beach, CA on Saturday with paparazzo beau Adnan Ghalib.
It would appear that Adnan has been officially demoted from boyfriend to driver as Britney has now gone from riding in the front with Adnan to riding in the back seat with her dogs while he drives!
While the raven-haired popwreck was shopping inside, the police were called due of the large number of cars that had gathered outside. When cops arrived on the scene, they ordered the paps to move their vehicles. Only problem was that Britney’s car was blocking the exit and they could not move. But worry not — hunky Adnan quickly came to the rescue and promptly moved the car.
After shopping, Britney and Adnan made their exit from the store and to no one’s surprise, Adnan was carrying Britney’s purse while opening the door for her and letting her into the back seat.
Wow it would seem that Adnan has truly found his place in Britney’s life….as her chauffer!!!

I have a friend who lives in Puerto Vallarta. he said that a ton of celebs come down ther to the Four Seasons, and the ONLY time there is ever a problem with staying “hidden” is when Britney is there. Then it is a MESS.
