FYB brings you the first public pictures of Salma Hayek with her little baby, Valentina Paloma Pinault.
The gorgeous mom and daughter duo enjoyed an afternoon of furniture shopping today along Robertson Blvd in West Hollywood, hitting trendy retailers Kartell and Cassina.
Looks like Salma is getting serious about preparing her house(s) for domestic family life. The 41-year-old beauty walked with two other women (both toting bagfuls of merch) as she held little Valentina gently in her arms. The 4-and-a-half month old baby girl looked absolutely darling and mother Salma remains the picture of grace and beauty post-pregnancy.

What a pretty name. I’ll bet her name will turn into “Tina” though. I had a friend named Tina, and about 2 years later I found out her actual name was Christina.

Meh, I don’t like the name… I don’t think it sounds very pretty in Spanish, but that’s just me ;o). “Paloma” is worse though (translates to “dove”)… it’s right up there with “Milagros”, “Esperanza”, and “Consuelo” (people I know). Very cute baby though, I love her little curious expression in the second pic (bottom).
Cutie!! The poor little thing shouldn’t be surrounded by photographers at such a young age…she looks stunned in one of those pics. I think Valentina is a beautiful name but I can’t stand Paloma…really ugly.

i still can’t see Salma as a mom, it doesn’t fit her personality. i can’t beleive woman are having kids in there 40’s, who wants to chase around a little baby at that age.
Its a Spanish name…i think its a pretty name. And its too early to say if the baby is cute or not.
