The Gossip Girl hunk, who was on hand to snap up some canceled Golden Globe Awards show goodies, picked up endless bottles of designer water and some Tropicana Pure Vanencia orange juice.

I’m sorry but I don’t find him hot, especially not here. His name just sounds ridiculous to me as well so I just can’t really look at him with a straight face. Penn…got any ink? I’m sorry too far…but that’s just what I think when I see him.
