Meh. He started out as a top professional model (and by professional I mean high fashion, runway and editorial) before he ever thought about acting. He was actually gorgeous in those Calvin Klein adds he did (also much younger).

He wasn’t a “top” male model but he was pretty successful. Had only modelled for a year or so before heading to L.A … you can’t become a ‘top’ model in a year … it takes a good few years to have recognition in all the markets that matter … ie - N.Y, Paris, London, Milan.
Hooray for Daria…she is by far my favorite model !!!!!!!!! My daughter has the same name !!!!!!!!!!!!
This ad campaign would only be interesting if it were Ashton rocking the denim mini-skirt. I’m with previous posters on this one: blah.

Izara, don’t be so pretentious. What I meant by “top” is that he was in VERY HIGH DEMAND. That’s a FACT. And as far as your statement about not becoming a top model within a year, that is bullshit as well. Tyra Banks became a top model within THREE MONTHS. She hit the runways in Paris and the bitch became the hottest thing since sliced bread. So did that dark-skinned African model Alec (think I may have her name wrong). They plucked her out of her village (literally) and she became an overnight success. Same with Tyson Beckford. The list goes on. So… you’re VERY wrong and uninformed.
Yeah I believe had Ashton stuck to modeling he would have been great (i think the same for a lot of model turned actors)

I love it!! Ashton looks hot and yes he did used to look fantastic in his Calvin Klein days. I think he’s hilarious though so I’m glad he tried his hand at acting. Daria looks beautiful as always.
