After ringing in the new year in Miami, loved up couple Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson took the party over to the Four Seasons Papagayo Peninsula in Costa Rica where they enjoyed a romantic getaway.
The emolicious duo stayed with friends in a large villa overlooking the ocean and beach.

Luckly for the Simpson clan, big sis Jessica and her main man Tony Romo – who were scheduled to join Ashlee and Pete in Costa Rica — opted last minute to jet off to Cabo San Lucas instead. Why, you ask? Nick Lachey and girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo were reportedly staying right next door.

I will never understand why anyone where bikini tops like that. It’s never flattering, it always looks like your boobs are halfway down your torso.

i dont think he’s sporting a combover…thats an “emo” hairstyle. and she isnt too skinny at all but she could sure tone up a lot. that bathing suit top is horribly unflattering. my sister is the only person i’ve ever seen be able to pull of a top like that. the trick is to not wear it around your waist though lol

She’s got a very straight up and down, boyish sort of figure….but I really like her. She seems to have an awesome personality. He’s not my type looks wise, a bit too feminine but he seems alright as well. They make a good couple. Them being just near Nick and Vanessa is hilarious! Jess would be crushed if those four were all hanging out together. I’m sure it must be strange for Ashlee as she was probably pretty close to Nick at one stage.
He’s hot in a sleazy sort of way but I still don’t buy him being hetero (or even bi).
