Just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse for her, Britney Spears was slammed with a restraining order following the dramatic custody stand-off at her home.
Lawyers for Kevin Federline claim that Los Angeles police had to slap her with a “temporary protective order†- reportedly to protect K-Fed.
The order means Brit-Brit could not come within 100ft of the ‘victim’ and lasted for five business days.
Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s attorney, told People magazine it was done to “stabilize the situation.” He said he did not request the order and, after it ran out on Tuesday, declined to say whether he would seek to extend it.
As it stands now, Brit is free to terrorize her ex-hubby at any given time.
