Self appointed style icon Victoria Beckham tops Mr. Blackwell’s annual Worst-Dressed list.

The 86-year-old fashion critic disses Posh for wearing one “skinny-mini monstrosity after another.”

Amy Winehouse ranks second on the list for her “exploding beehives” and “tacky polka-dots.”

Mary Kate Olsen is third. She’s described as a “tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane.”

Fergie’s number four, followed by Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and Alison Arngrim.

Britney Spears has made the list in the past, but Mr. Blackwell says he gave her a break this year because her “personal life is in such upheaval.”

Blackwell also released a Fabulous Fashion Independents list that included Reese Witherspoon, Jemima Khan, Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Nicole Kidman, Katie Holmes, Kate Middleton, Katherine Heigl and Cate Blanchett.

    wow, someone is actually NOT taking an opportunity to bash Britney. I’m surprised. Although since she’s topped the list so much in the past, he probably just wanted someone different. I certainly don’t think VB is the worst dressed female celeb.

    I disagree with the best dressed list– the majority have a very boring style. Angie always wears black (and extremely similar black pieces); most of the time Katie dresses too old for her age; Katherine Heigl and Reese Witherspoon have very normal, every-day style… (nothing to rave about, basically); Beyonce tends to be a hit-or-miss (but mostly misses) with too-tight clothes, etc. etc.

    Puh-leeze! American/British/French/Italian Vogue constantly rave about The Olsens style … They have amazing style unlike all the other young celebutards.

    This list shouldn’t be taken seriously - it’s a load of shit. The best dressed are the most boring, mundane dressers ever … Perhaps ‘best dressed’ in middle America but in N.Y or Europe they’re boring as fuck … Though Helen Mirren is always nice.

    Mr. Blackwell must be living under a rock this last year if he is unable to put Mz Dita Von Teese at the top of his Best Dressed List. She is so glamorous and she NEVER makes a fashion faux-pas. She is simply exquisite.

    Posh is the chezziest girl out there. Who tries harder then her to be “POSH.” She wants to be a fashionista so bad, a start would be removing those objects off her chest. It’s taking away from the look she so badly wants to acheive.

    ^^kim i agree, Jlo should be on that list but Reese? come on, just because she won an Oscar doesn’t seen she can dress. She’s SO painfully average.

    How can Alison Arngrim be on any sort of list, worst-dressed or not? Jeebus Christ on toast points, has anyone even SEEN Nellie Oleson in the media this past year?

    I think Mr. Blackwell is getting senile and mistook a “Little House on the Praire” rerun for the Academy Awards. hIS nursing home needs to yank his internet access!

    I really question Mr Blackwell’s taste. Victoria Beckham may have a few fashion misses, but most of her outfits are amazing and she always looks clean, polished and well put together. She knows how to dress to flatter her body as well.
    As if Beyonce should make the best dressed list? She looks like a hooker most of the time.
    Mary Kate Olsen may have very unique style, but at least she’s got some. It’s not to everyone’s taste but she does have a certain look.

    it’s ridiculous..posh may be a big fake-O but she wears haute couture better than a ton of other celebs..i think Blackwell picked her to top the list to be mean….after all, it’s no secret V Beckham tried hard to break into Hollywood with her high sense of fashion and now it seems this is a slap in the face for her. I guess Blackwell just wants to hint them to go home.

    I think Blackwell’s assessment is pretty right on…I mean, Mary Kate as “a tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane” is so spot on. A little harsh on Posh (although I think she dresses horribly) and too kind to Angie (she wears BLACK all the time, for Pete’s sake!)

    Blackwell certainly plays it safe. Is that a “Worst Dressed List” or a “Worst Dressed Woman List”? There are a lot of guys that should be on that list as well.

    Total mistake. Posh is NOT even CLOSE to being as ridiculously hideous as Amy Winehouse or the Olsens.
