Lindsay Lohan has a reputation for going to the most fashionable shops and restaurants on both coasts, but yesterday, Miss Thing had to serve that pesky court ordered community service.
Photogs caught Lohan on her way to the American Red Cross in Pomona, CA where the fabulously rehabbed starlet did her best to hide from the paparazzi.
Looks like Lindsay is battling more than just her addiction to drugs and alcohol.
