It’s an ugly dress to begin with. So I guess it’s a tie. Both ladies look ugly in it.

Chloe as always looks pretty much a hot mess. The dress doesn’t fit her properly and I just don’t see her appeal. She’s not attractive and I don’t understand how anyone can find her fashionable, when to me she just looks weird and too eccentric. I will never forget Brown Bunny either….ewwwwww

If one needs to throw out french terms for an American designer’s dress it would be pret-a-porter not couture and Amanda wears it better.
Clothes just seem to “hang” on Chloe. They never seem to take on any form when she dons a gown or dress. And the cigarette butt next to her feet is a classy touch – if you’re at a red carpet event for the NRA. Amanda wins this one by a long-shot.

they both look great! but in their own ways. amanda looks cute and hot - babe’ish! but chloe pulls off a totally different style. more haute-couture fashion. They both look great, but they make the dress more like them. baggy and fashion on chloe and tight and hot on amanda! they both rock it. but just in their own way!
