Miss Golden Globe Rumer Willis walks through a garage and gets behind the wheel of her car as she leaves Hollywood’s Central nightclub in the early hours of the morning.
Despite the fact the legal age limit for consumption of alcohol is 21 in California, many of Hollywood’s young stars are frequently spotted leaving clubs in the city.
19-year-old Rumer is no different.

Don’t mind me. I’m just strolling through, listening to my favorite Ani DiFranco CD: “Not a Pretty Girl.” It is the height of arrogance for someone who is clearly wasted to get behind the wheel of a car while cameras are flashing in her fugly face.

Most of these “nightclubs” are technically restaurants with bars in them and really late hours, that’s why they’re all-ages. They’re not supposed to be selling these underage kids alcohol, but that doesn’t mean they won’t look the other way if it’s someone else buying them. Anyways, I second that, PSL.
