This should come as no shocker: Britney Spears has been put under mental evaluation and has been placed under 72-hour lockdown at Cedars-Sinai hospital in L.A.
“So we go stay with these patients and monitor them constantly,” the source adds. “We watch them so they don’t hurt themselves and watch the people who come visit them to make sure they don’t pass anything to them.”
The downward spiral continues. But on the bright side, at least this gives Sean Preston and Jayden James a three-day leave from all of the unwarranted Britneymania.

it’s certainly not unexpected that she’s been hospitalized; hopefully she’ll get the medical and esp, psychiatric help, she clearly and desperately needs.

The only people I feel sorry for in this whole crazy ordeal are her children. The amount of shit they have probably witnessed and have been dragged through in their little lives so far…breaks my heart. She should have never been given any type of custody or visitation in the first place until she cleaned up her ac.

I don’t see how you can not feel sorry for her. It’s so so sad to see her go from the sexy, confident pop star she used to be to the sad, unbalanced girl she is now. Anybody who finds entertainment in seeing someone fall from grace needs just as much help as Britney does. I think this lockdown idea is really good, it will force her to stay in one spot and get whatever help she needs. I personally don’t think drugs have anything to do with it, I honestly think the negativity that has surrounded her and the constant media attention has just driven her off the edge. My thoughts are with her.
