Britney Spears just can’t seem to stay away from trouble. Just when you thought showing up at her deposition on Thursday over two hours late was bad, TMZ reports that the LAPD was called to her Beverly Hills home for a “family custody dispute.”
LAPD tells us the call came in around 8:00 PM this evening, but they would not tell us who made the call or what the specific problem was. Officers, we’re told, are still on scene.
Our guess is suspicion of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Let’s face it — Sean Preston is all sorts of cuteness, but Jayden James appears to be a little….special.

Us Weekly is reporting that when ex-hubby Kevin Federline’s bodyguards went to pick up their boys at Brit’s estate last night for his scheduled visit, she freaked out and refused to hand Sean Preston and Jayden James over. Soon after, cops were called in.
Either Brit is just a loving mother who merely wants to spend more time with her kids than what the judge has ordered or she is just begging for the court to hold her in contempt.
Our guess is the latter.

UPDATE: It wasn’t just cops who showed up at Brit-Brit’s estate. TMZ reports “another ambulance, more fire trucks and several additional police cars” were at her home when the melee went down. It’s a party, y’all!
What’s more? When the authorities arrived at her door, they discovered Spears was “under the influence of an unknown substance.”

Britney has been taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she has been detained to evaluate what substance she was under the influence of when officers came to her Studio City home.

While reading this I was feeling sorry for her seeing as she didn’t want to give away her boys, but then that last picture she doesn’t exactly look sad. I really hope this is the beginning of Britney getting better. Maybe once she’s in hospital they can find out exactly what is wrong with her and set her on the right path. Those poor little boys need their mama to be healthy and happy. It’s not fair on them for all this shit to happen all the time. Besides, she always has a court monitor with her so surely if she was on something then it was up to the monitor to take the kids away or at least report it.

Have to disagree a bit. Usually, Perez is not funny, but the Jayden comment went exactly where Perez resides - with the exception that Perez spares children (at least from what I have seen). Arasto was way out of line with that comment. Jayden certainly did not ask to be a celebrity child.

Lisa, Britney is passed the point of just drinking or taking medication to calm themselves down. She’s addicted to illegal substances. It has been proven so by the court. Maybe she does love her kids deep down inside, but not at the moment. The drugs have taken over her life and she has chosen this life over having a normal one with her kids. What she needs is some medical intervention, psychiatric help and to move out of LA. That is, if she wants to. No one can make her do it unless she takes the decision to do so. She’s in a downward sprial, even you have to admit that.

I have no sympathy for Brit, I think she is disgusting and vile. I don’t care how many records she has sold or how many hits she’s had in the PAST– this is what she is now. Sam - Just before I sign off for good as this isn’t worth my time. I’m a foster mother of 12 children. Children that have been raped, physically and mentally abused and worse. My children have also done some terrible things and yes have gone a little crazy because of what has happened to them. Everyone reacts differently to crisis in their life. I unlike some like to see the good in people. Everyone, even you make mistakes. Expect, your mistakes aren’t photographed by 50+ people and put on gossip columns for the world to criticise!
