JESSICA ALBA DOES ‘COSMOGIRL’

Jessica Alba graces the upcoming issue of CosmoGIRL magazine.
In the interview, the expectant actress dishes out some motherly advice to young girls who are dating. “Most guys, especially when they’re younger, really are only after one thing,” she says. “To all the girls out there, I don’t want to say, ‘Don’t give your heart to somebody like that,’ But wait at least a good year. You can be in a relationship and do some things, have fun, get to know each other – but don’t give them everything.”
The soon-to-be Mrs. Warren adds: “That was something I did at a young age — fell in love and gave him my everything, and I was left with nothing. It took me a long time to put myself back together, and I wish someone would have told me back then to hang on to some of myself.”

At first glance I thought that was a magazine from the 80s! With the hair, eyebrows and dress.
Now I wonder if she followed her own advice and did not have sex until after a year of dating. That’s a long time to wait!

she was referring to teenagers- most of my friends waited almost a year when we were teens. But that was in the late 80’s, it’s a whole different world now. I don’t remember sex being shoved in my face left and right when I was 10…..or maybe it was, and I just didn’t “get it”. I have a sister who is 3 1/2 years older, so I did understand a lot- because of her- I think it’s the times..
As an adult, a year is a long time…..3 months is good amount of time to wait, but who does? lol

Says the girl who once said that it took everything for her to wait until she was 18 to not have sex. Or how she likes to sleep with people, but as long as they aren’t clingy and not in bed by early in the morning or w/e. Okay Jessica…stfu.
