Hilary and Haylie Duff lost their cool (and that’s putting it lightly) today when a reporter approached them at a Houston, Texas hearing regarding their parents’ divorce.
After their gargantuan security guard roughed up the nosy intruder, the much-written about sisters hid their pretty faces behind an oversized umbrella.
Most shocking of all? Hilary threw out a slew of F-bombs!!!!

Did I miss something? I didn’t see them go “crazy”? All they were doing was walking. Boring. That paprazzi guy was a real ass. They should have beat his ass.

You call this going berzerk?!? Seriously, celebrity-hunting has gotten ridiculous. Sure, I enjoy the tabloid gossip, the posed pictures and reading about the sightings, but seriously? Stalking two girls that are going through something as personal and emotional as their parents’ divorce? It’s uncalled for. Yes, they are celebrities. Yes, they are by default “public figures,” but does that term mean that their WHOLE life should be made public…that those things they do that are not geared at selling albums, or books, or any other product should also be everyone’s business?
No, they didn’t go berzerk. I respect their want (and need) for privacy while dealing with a family situation. If this is really the price these celebrities have to pay for being “famous,” I wouldn’t trade anything to spend a day in their shoes.
And no, I’m not from a Duff fan club or anything, but rather, an everyday, professional 23-year-old who thinks this celebrity frenzy is getting just a bit out of control.

I agreed with everyone. That paprazzi guy was an ASS- I would have punch him in the fact LOL> I mean seriously, do you really need to get in people’s face that close??? You can hear their mom kept saying “girls watch your mouth” but I would have done more than saying those words.

I understand that dealing with paparazzi is part of being famous. That being said, though, it was their parents’ divorce hearing. I mean, come on! I’m sure it was a difficult day, then add an pain in the ass paparazzi to it? Yeah, I think it was pretty impressive that all she did was curse a few times.

Totally agree ValLen. They had every right to cuss out the pap. He totally invaded their privacy and they shouldn’t be stalked down like this. Not only is it rude and unnecessary but its dangerous. If one of those paps decided to carry a knife in his pocket or something it could get really ugly. This whole paparazzi thing is getting ridiculous. Britney doesn’t get a moment of peace and other celebrities are starting to get the same attention. It’s crazy.

Yah the camera guys need to calm down. I really do think a law should be made against how close they can get even if it means these blogs cease to exist. But no one will learn till someone dies.

The paps are out of control… and I would be 10Xs worse if some douche got in my face during such a trying time as parents getting divorced. That is such a painful thing to go through. That pap should be punched in the face, fo sho!

I didn’t see anybody get roughed up, I saw the stupid cameraman run into a bunch of chairs against the wall when he was trying to run in front of them. They deserve it, for god’s sake, it was a divorce hearing and in Texas, not freaking LA where you expect that.
