Plastic surgery enthusiast Ashley Tisdale is all smiles on Wednesday night at the Starlight Starbright Childrens Foundation Winter Wonderland at CBS Television City in Los Angeles.
Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation serves seriously ill children and their families with a variety of imaginative and creative in-patient and out-patient programs.
Dogooding aside, the hot topic in Ashley’s world as of late is her new nose. And she’s got some ’splainin’ to do after cancelling a string of shows in Miami and Philadelphia. The High School Music actress recently explained the whole ordeal in a posting on her website.
She wrote, “When my surgery was scheduled, we didn’t think it would be necessary to cancel the shows because my doctor thought I would heal in time. Unfortunately, the deviated septum was more significant than we originally thought so the healing process is taking longer.â€
The Tis was careful to highlight the fact that she indeed flew in for the gigs, but when it came show time, she, “had to make the difficult decision to cancel the appearances.â€

she’s cute because she’s young, but the poor girl just isn’t pretty. her new nose emphasizes her weird smile which i never noticed before.
I gotta agree; but it’s not the nose that is ugly, it just doesn’t suit her face…
Plastic surgery is amazing though, I had a nose job (and not because of a deviated septum, I just wanted a nu nose!) and I’m planning to have another one. Hooray 4 plastic surgery!

She looks awful. She looked so much better with her old nose. This one is just way too ‘done’ and obvious and doesn’t suit her face very much. She looks very different without so much makeup and the blonde hair as well. She was starting to look a bit Paris Hilton-ish actually. Maybe that’s why she’s changed up her look a little, she doesn’t want to get that label.
