Britney Spears may be facing the loss of her kids but the disgraced mother is not going down without a fight!
The latest? In a bold and offensive attack, the Britster is charging that ex-hubby Kevin Federline has been exposing their two boys to….wait for it…..MARIJUANA!!!
“Britney believes Kevin’s been smoking pot in front of the kids,” says a friend of hers. “She says she can smell it in the boys’ hair and on their clothes when she has her visitation with them.”
Britney’s so upset, she’s determined to have Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, drug-tested to confirm her suspicions. “She’s asked the court-appointed monitor and her lawyers if they can prove the kids have been exposed to environments in which drugs have been taken,” an insider says. They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they’ve returned from Kevin’s place and have them analyzed in a lab.
Now the question is, if Sean Preston and Jayden James actually do test positive for drugs, which rehab will they go to? Promises or Wonderland?

How would drug-testing the kids prove that it was *Kevin* using drugs around them? She looks fucked up around the clock…it could just as easily be her. I mean shit, she smokes cigarettes right in their faces and that’s way more harmful! Not to mention the partying she did while she was knocked-up…seriously…those kids have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome faces, and it ain’t cuz K-Fed drank while she was pregnant. What a dumb bitch.

This story is obviously bogus. They wouldn’t have her “snip” off some of their hair. To do drug testing on hair, they have to have the follicle. She would have to pull out the hair.

Oh the poor little things. This whole custody battle has just been going on way too long and both Kevin and Britney are acting like spoiled brats. They are forgetting that its not about getting back at each other its about the welfare of these two adorable little boys. I wouldn’t be surprised though if Kevin has been smoking pot, and I don’t blame Britney for wanting her children to be out of that environment. But is it any worse than the crazy environment that SHE exposes them to? Seriously the kids need to go live with Lynne Spears…or maybe even Jamie Lynn?

Anonymous, just so you know, it WAS documented that Britney Spears drank during her pregnancy with Jayden. People Magazine reported that she was drinking alcoholic beverages during Kevin Federline’s birthday party (while she was 3 months pregnant, but that wasn’t publicized yet). They even speculated that if the pregnancy rumors were true, she was doing something very bad. So yeah. I guess psl doesn’t have to shut up, now does she? Hmm.

Jessyka, you’re assuming that she knew she was pregnant when she was three months along. Many women don’t, add in that she wasn’t expecting to be ovulating at that time and hadn’t had her period anyway, it’s not a stretch of the imagination to think that she didn’t know at that time.
Don’t misunderstand, I believe the woman needs serious help, I believe she’s not alright in the head, but making assumptions on nothing more than speculation just makes YOU look petty.
