Way back in October of last year, Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross was entangled in a mess over 200 nude photos of her, recovered by a garbage pilferer.
The actress demanded the photos be returned to her, since, as her lawyers maintained, they were the copyrighted property of Marcia and her husband.
The story pretty much died there……that is, until now!!!

This is awful. It’s just so unfair that somebody’s privacy can be invaded like this. I have a shower outside near my pool and I have no problem having an outside shower seeing as its on the grounds of my own home and hopefully nobody is lurking behind my trees! I feel sorry for Marcia….she’s a grown woman and mother and not one of those young girls eg Paris, Lindsay…who want a sex scandal for attention. I hope she is suing the ass off whoever leaked these.

I LOVE showering outside, and there are many people who have outside showers by their pools. If you are on your property, and I have to assume hers is well hidden, you should be able to walk around naked if you feel like it, and not have some fucking pervert hiding in your trees hoping to get a shot of you.

Totally agree wtih Eve. Dont let people tell you what you should be growing in your private garden.
