Way back in October of last year, Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross was entangled in a mess over 200 nude photos of her, recovered by a garbage pilferer.
The actress demanded the photos be returned to her, since, as her lawyers maintained, they were the copyrighted property of Marcia and her husband.
The story pretty much died there……that is, until now!!!

I LOVE showering outside, and there are many people who have outside showers by their pools.
