The Hills reality show star Lauren Conrad was spotted leaving hip Japanese restaurant Koi on La Cienega Blvd. last night.
She attended The Hills special event held at Koi wearing a short, strapless gray dress with matching heels. Her arch enemy Heidi Montag was also spotted at Koi with ex-fiance Spencer Pratt.
Did they run into each other? Did they ignore one another? Does anyone even care???

Don’t like her hair like that at all, but I’ve always envied her skin. Nice and healthy looking and always with a natural looking tan. These ‘run-ins’ with Spencer and Heidi all the time though are kind of suspicious to me…I think the show probably sets them up. I mean yes its very possible to run into people in LA but not as often as they do!
