Looking bundled up and determined, Madonnais all business as she storms through the the Medical Arts Center in New York City on a chilly Sunday afternoon.
So, why is the Material Mom in the Big Apple, you ask? In an effort to increase her already vast real estate portfolio, Madge is in town to sue the co-operative board at her exclusive condo building, claiming it wrongly banned her from buying a neighbouring apartment. (In other words, they prevented her from doubling her already massive — and might we add empty — NYC pad.) She is now seeking a court order to force the sale to go through.
Hmm….we wonder where greed registers on Kabbalah’s spectrum of morals and ethics.

If she has the money, why not? She must have a huge entourage. She’s not the biggest famewhore on her time off, but look how much she is followed and photographed. She probably needs the space for some beefy security guys. Those co-op boards are all pretentious assholes anyway. Then again, if it is an adjoining apartment she can just buy it and not knock down any walls. Are they stopping her from doing that?
