Tom Cruise, who has been renting a Beverly Hills home for the last few years, has bought a simple $35 million estate in the same area, for himself, wifey Katie Holmes and their daughter Suri.
The “traditional-style home” has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a pool, and tennis court, and sits on 1.3 acres that you won’t ever see, because they are behind big, big gates. The couple plan to move in July.
Lucky for the Cruises, best buds David and Victoria Beckham’s new Cali home is just a hop, skip, and a jump from their new digs.

I also read that his Mother & Sister will live with them. He is also stocking the guest house with Scientologists.

^Whoa. That’d be a nightmare for any wife. Can you imagine living with your mother and sister-in-law? Eek. And I agree about the tight pants… he looks like he came straight out of the disco era.
On another note, it’s kind of annoying seeing pictures where Tom’s always walking way ahead of Katie, kind of dragging her along (his arm is extended pretty backward here). I remember back in the pregnancy days, there was footage of her having to practically run to keep up with him. Inconsiderate.
Aysla…nightmare indeed. I know the house is huge…but still. Never a moment of privacy. I would hate that.

Wowww this place is gorgeous!!! While I really like modern kinda homes there is something about houses like this that is just so beautiful. Looks like Tom Cruise feels a bit of competition with the Beckhams…they buy a new house he buys a new house.
