A newly ‘do’ed Lindsay Lohan leaves the uber trendy Byron Williams Salon on Friday after a little retail splurge at the celeb-friendly Intuition store in Beverly Hills.

Meanwhile, despite pleasant appearances, the 21-year-old actress has reportedly been banned from the Shutters on the Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, California. La Lohan apparently spent three days holed up in the resort with then-boyfriend Riley Giles. According to Star magazine, they drained the mini-bar and left dirty towels and cigarette butts all over their room during thier stay.

Says an insider: “Staffers went into clean and were shocked. It was a pigpen. There was filth everywhere and the room stank of
cigarette smoke. There was also a bloody syringe that someone left lying on the bedside table on a room service tray. Hotel security photographed it before calling someone to remove it because it was considered hazardous waste.”

Whether or not the source is entirely reliable has yet to be determined, but this certainly doesn’t bode well for the trying-to-recover rehab darling.
