After chasing the paparazzi around all day, Lauren Conrad shows off her attention-starved bod in the upcoming issue of Shape magazine.
In the January issue, The Hills star shares her workout secrets. Her twice-a-week routine includes weight training, running on the treadmill and kickboxing.
Says Lauren: “Jarett [her trainer] has me do a lot of reps with smaller weights because he’s not trying to build muscle so much as get my body toned.” And man, oh man, what a job he’s doing!!

Apparently, the fact that ‘The Hills’ is Laurens show is really getting to the others. Heidi gets fake boobs and starts dressing like a tart (with her tartly clothing line - that you have to be anorexic with fake boobs to wear) to get attention and Audrina is doing it to. It’s pathetic. Lauren is on MTV’s highest rated show and its her show. She has every right to be where she is. Hopefully she’ll get rid of the hangers on and take her place in the fashion industry.

You’ve clearly never watched any episodes of the Laguana Beach or anything else. The only reason she appears likeable is because the Hills is all about her and as long as the spotlight is on her she’s fine. But everytime someone takes the spotlight (or its given to them like i.e. Kristin or Audrina) she sulks and looks salty. Laguana Beach she was after everyone else’s boyfriend. She needs to woman up and get over herself. And can someone explain why she dramatically walked away from the wedding party on the last episode of the Hills. Either that was staged or she really hates to see Kristin get attention.
