Supportive wife Angelina Jolie and son Maddox Joile-Pitt were on hand to watch family patriarch Brad Pitt at a press conference in the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans on Monday.
Brad was there to promote the rebuliding project that he is involved with in an effort to help the recovery of the city after Hurricane Katrina. The 43-year-old actor donated $5 million of his own money to help front the project.

Easy to say evacuate if you can. Remember the school buses that were to be used to assist people in the above situations sat unused and were flooded. Some of you are so ignorant as to the reality of people’s actual living conditions. 60% of the homes in the Lower 9th Ward were owned, and the area was wiped out, destroyed. Insurance companies refused to pay what they should have. Some of you, if you are from Ca, and had fire damage, you had better hope the insurance companies treat you better than they did folks along the Gulf Coast who had paid premiums for years. And those posting the moralistic crap, mind your own business. Divorces happen because the two people married do not want to be married, and that is their business. Focus on your own life, concentrate on what you need in your life to be happy. Brad, Angelina, and Jen have moved on and are living the life they want to live. It is almost 2008, enough already. My parents have been happily married for 37 years. Their idea of marriage is very realistic; it’s not always going to be a walk in the park. There will be days when the other person will just annoy the hell out of you and they’ll be days when you just want to quit. Love isn’t just through the good times, but the bad. My parents have been through everything together; death of parents, lost of child, the Vietnam war, just to name a few. So they’re a great example of what marriage is all about.
Just to clarify, my parents are from Vietnam, so you can imagine what they went through during the war.
Awww, they look so cute. You can tell they have an incredible bond. She’s said herself that he’s her little man because it was just the two of them for a long time.
I personally don´t care either way for Angelina Jolie but I really dont understand how people can hate a woman who gives so much to others…
Yeah, it’s time to just let it go. She’s doing good work and moving on with her life. Everyone makes mistakes, who’s to say what’s right and what’s wrong.
Love them. Unlike a lot of celebs they continue doing good work regardless of the pointless criticism. In an era where we are besieged with a bunch of rich celebs who do nothing to help anyone, I applaud them. And to the bitter bunch who can’t seem to get past the end of his marriage to Jennifer, get a life. He did.
i cannot STAND the brad and angelina pairing, but i respect them individually for their charity work etc. i do agree we need more people like them willing to lend a helping hand.
as for favourites.. i think angie’s favourite kid is probably maddox too, but it’d be understandable since she’s had him so much longer than any of the others. brad’s favourite is CLEARLY shiloh.
