Ashlee Simpson, move over — there’s a newer and younger plastic surgery enthusiast taking over Hollywood.
People magazine reports Ashley Tisdale got a nose job Friday.
She claims it was because of a deviated septum: “The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose.” Adds the 22-year-old High School Musical star: “I didn’t do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health.”
Hmm….are we buying Ashley’s deviated septum excuse?

I have broken my nose 4 times and and can still breath out of it. Yes my septum is deviated but it is not so bad. Just admit the fact that you wanted to change your nose and more on, not make excuses as to why it had to be fixed, because they can fix the septum without changing the appearance on the outside.
I don’t really care why, but she needed it.

she could’ve done it because of a deviated septum but please! i don’t believe it’s just for her health for one second.
From what my ENT doc said EVERYONE’S septum is deviated, if they saw one that wasn’t that is the abnormality.
She looks like she already had a nose job, please if your going to admit it don’t make an excuse which we all know is a lie, this is what Adrianne Curry did, just admit you felt insecure.
if any of you were docs you would know that if the appearance of her nose changed then she got a nose job. if it ddn’t, then she did get her septum fix, bitches
