After dropping nearly 20 lbs following a heart murmur diagnosis, Lily Allen celebrates her slimmed down physique with a sexy new photo-shoot in the upcoming issue of British GQ.
The British songbird tells the gentlemen’s mag that her numerous high profile feuds stemmed from insecurities about her appearance.
“A lot of that stuff I said was because I didn’t feel confident,” says Lily. “I felt like, ‘Oh God, I’m short, fat, ugly…and I hate all these people who flaunt their beauty’. Ever since a kid I’ve felt like I’m possibly the uncoolest, naffest person ever to walk the earth. But I feel great at the moment. I actually don’t have one bad thing to say about anything.”
A new bod and a new attitude! Whowouldathunkit?

Lover her. Loved her rounder and love her thinner–Lily honey, whatever floats your boat. Just don’t base your happiness on your waistline. Be happy because your great.

Does anyone else find it ironic that her old adversary Amy W. is on such a downhill slide while Miss Lily is on the rise?
(And before y’all get your panties in a bunch, I’m not saying they have comparable vocal talents — just that they are both about the same age, British and on the music scene at the same time, and have been rivals, etc.)
Hmmm, It’s like Lily is sucking the life force from Amy.
It’s sad to me that losing weight makes people happy. But it’s fitting because they are in the public eye, it’s just the message it sends is atrocious.
Nice cover, she looks healthier and much more fit. I don’t like her though.
I lovr Lily and always did. She might not have the model hight or even weight but I always thought she had very good style and cuteness about her which rare.
