Jennifer Love Hewitt and fiance Ross McCall are all smiles as the loved up couple enjoys a relaxing walk on a beach in Maui, Hawaii on Friday.
The couple were reportedly engaged last week and Jennifer has a pretty big ring to show for it. The ring has been in McCall’s family for over 100 yrs.
The pair, dressed in white, laughed and joked as they strolled along the beach and stopped to admire a Macaw which Jennifer placed on her shoulder. The pair then headed back inside their hotel.

I notice she’s not prancing around in her bikini anymore……though who could blame her after the way she was shredded.
Yes–all those bikini shots posted on “another site” were pretty awful. From waist up she is a good looking girl–lets just show that type of picture of her in the future–please!!!!
Those big parrots give me the creeps. My neighbor has one that walks around his yard screaming “Carl, Carl” all the time.

Yeh, big parrots creep me out a little too… I had a friend back in Peru who owned a parrot that was often times aggressive– one day it bit a good chunk of her shoulder, and she had to get several stitches for it. Then I had a neighbor whose parrot would shriek out “Half hour, half hour!” every half hour that went by, right on the dot. I was about ready to throttle that bird when I went to visit lol, I can’t imagine living with that constant noise. They are beautiful though.

I have a parrot like the one in the photo. It’s not true that they’re all noisy and/or aggressive– mine is neither. Like any other pet, their behavior depends on how they’re treated and trained.
So much for embracing your curves and getting into your bikini and being proud of it. She was obviously bothered by what was said about her, hence the comment on her website and the fact that she’s all covered up now. It’s kind of pathetic really that a lot of celebrities pretend that their weight doesn’t matter to them, when deep down they know that its highly likely that their career is dependant on them looking good. They can be as hapy with their body as they want but chances are movie and tv execs will just not consider them for roles. It’s not like Jennifer was ever really famous for her acting skills…I mean please. I know its harsh but thats the way it is in show business. If people’s perception of body image bothers her so much then she should look for a career elsewhere to be honest.
Just because she happens to be wearing a dress in those pictures doesn’t mean anything. You guys don’t even know when those photos were taken! For Gods sake! Even if they were taken after she posted her blog, does that mean she can only ever wear bikinis now or shes ashamed of her body? Get over it already.
