Saccharine sweet starlet Mandy Moore was among the many famous faces lending their star power to the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Revlon Run/Walk for Women event today in New York City.
The ‘Candy’ singer joined Halle Berry and Meredith Vieira at the star-studded fundraiser, which was created to bring awareness to women’s cancers worldwide and help raise money for research.
In honour of the event’s 10th year in the Big Apple, Mandy took the stage to sing some tracks off her latest album.
In exactly one week, Halle and Mandy will join Michael Chiklis and cancer survivor Sheryl Crow in Los Angeles for yet another 5km charity run.

Arasto, I just wanted to say I like the logo and the colours of the new site. It’s very quiet. It looks like any other site and there’re a few minor problems but overall, it’s a nice design.
was that a compliment? lol
I was trying to find a polite way to say that it’s a nice design but rather boring. I still love the site though, so I stay around
I don’t really think the layout etc matter too much. What I like best about the site is that is updated all the time and the people who comment actually have interesting things to say rather than just spam and crap like on other celeb gossip sites.
Mandy has come a long way since her Candy days hasn’t she? I think she seems really mature and while she doesn’t seem like the most interesting celeb out there she does a lot of charity work and seems like a really nice person.
WTF kind of hairstyle is that???
good on her i say- god i’m not even a fan but she shows that it is possible to be young and successful in hollywood and not be a trashy, druggie whore (in our faces anyway) if only there were more like her!
i love mandy. i could never get sick of her. she’s beautiful and so sweet
i am so sick of this girl getting props for what she ISN’T. how is it a big accomplishment to just not be a degenerate? nice for her, but who cares? really, go ‘way. (and what a hero, promoting her album at a charity run. classy.)
