Looks like Kevin Federline’s custody coup finally paid off — Britney Spears will be coughing up a whole lot more dough as a part of their neverending custody battle. Score one for K-Fed!
As it stands now, Brit-Brit shells out a mere $15 000 a month to her ex-hubby for their children’s support. But that was based on a 50/50 custody arrangement that is no longer. Now that Ferderino stakes primary claim to Sean Preston and Jayden James, it might cost mama Brit a few more whirls on the pole.

Here’s why we’re sure Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed’s lawyer, will make the pitch to the judge: First of all, although 15K sounds like a lot, it’s actually less than the standard award given Brit’s income (more than $700,000 a month).
Obviously, since K-Fed now has primary custody, his expenses have increased. Sources say nannies and security (security is actually a court-ordered requirement) are really expensive. Being a parent is a bitch!
Finally, two weeks ago, K-Fed stopped getting spousal support — $20,000 a month. Under the prenup, spousal support went away on November 15. So daddy may need the jack. It’s only a matter of time — but he’s going back in.
If you ask us, more power to K-Fed!
A woman in his position would be likely be doubling or even tripling his haul considering Brit’s income and celebrity. And that’s not even taking into consideration the fact that poor K-Fed has to deal with an insane, attention-starved brat on a regular basis!

At least the fucking Nanny will interact with the boys. I’m not saying K.Fed isn’t happy to have the money, but he’s better than she is. Not by much, but anything is better than Britney, where they might drown in tha bathtub, because she’s so fucking out of it.

Hotstuff- Women do it ALL THE TIME in divorces. Why is it different with K-Fed? I see it as, him pulling his weight in watching the children and doing something for them not to end up like mama. She avoids the hastle of having kids and having to care for them and pays up.. It’s a fair trade.

I repeat. Anyone who defends Britney Spears at this point is an even bigger loser than she is. Having said that, I am on K-Fed’s side in this. She was the one who brought K-Fed and those two babies into her “celebrity lifestyle”. She MUST maintain that. That is the LAW. The kids need stability and that doesn’t happen if they live a certain way with her and completely opposite with him. Period. At lead he’s TRYING to be a good parent and become responsible. Britney should be happy he signed a prenum and that he didn’t take half the bitch’s money. And, as BeJeeBus and PSL said, women DO IT ALL THE TIME.

Supernova, he can support himself and both of those kids on 15k a month in a ‘celebrity’ lifestyle. That’s as much as some people in the US make in a year without any outside support.
If he can’t provide them a DAMN good life on 15K a month, he’s a bigger retard than we all thought, and the gene pool would deepen if he offed himself.

As someone who barely makes 20,0000 a year and living in las vegas.. I’m lucky I got good roomates. that is NOT a lot of money. I am broke, going to school and working full time. I have a crappy car to make payments on and I’m in debt.. SO with the lifestyle he became accustomed to and having to hire security, pay mortgage, take care of the kids, etc.. I think asking for a little more is A-OKAY.

Okay, for those of you who don’t get it. The courts aren’t looking at the rest of the damn country to judge how much he should get. It’s HER FUCKING STANDARD OF LIVING when those kids are with her verses when they are with him. No fucking kidding most people can do just well with two kids on $15k per month. Neither Britney Spears nor her kids are MOST people. She and her offspring will live a live that most of you will NEVER know. The courts award K-Fed the money so that he can MAINTAIN that level of lifestyle for the kids (and, yes, for himself since she introduced it to him). Maybe this concept is easier for me because I’ve worked in law for so long, but seriously, it’s the fucking way of the legal system people — if you don’t understand it, then just LOOK IT UP.
