Now that Dancing with the Stars alums Helio Castroneves and Julianne Hough have taken the top prize, where are they headed now? He’s ended his engagement, and she’s signed a record deal.
According to TMZ, business executive Aliette Vazquez has broken off her engagement to the Indy 500 champ, after six years of dating. OK! has been reporting Helio was heading for a January wedding.
Meanwhile, Extra says Julianne, who has always wanted to be a country singer, is on her way to Nashville. “I just signed with Universal Records.”

^^my2cents, I agree. And I’ve heard her sing (she actually has a really nice voice too). As for Helio’s engagement, that relationship was in trouble long before the breakup. The way I heard it, he postponed his wedding to give his full attention to the show/competition and that his fiance was jealous of the chemistry between him and Julianne. Today, Barbara Walters had the nerve to ask him how his fiance felt about his and Julianne’s long kiss last night. Barbara Walters is such a cock-blocker.

Julianne and her fiance called off the engagement, but there was no word of a break-up, they just both agreed to postpone a marriage until they were both a little more settled (Julianne and DwTS, and her ex-fiance finishing school-was a dancer, but now wants to be a dentist).
I’m really curious as to what Helio said in response to Barbara Walters now, I wonder if the interview is on YouTube yet.

Julianne is the most adorable dancer, she makes her partners look good…she did the same for Apollo last year. the guys have the advantage, cause people always look at the girl..and those women have perfect bodies…I’m so jealous…
