Despite rumours they had split up, Paris Hilton and her Swedish pizza boy-turned-model boyfriend Alexander Väggö were all smiles when photogs caught up with them on a date to the movies on Monday night.
Paris and Alex first went to a local Barnes and Noble store to browse some books. (Paris and a model in a bookstore. That’s rich.) They then headed to Pacific Theaters at The Grove to catch a flick before heading back to the 26-year-old socialite’s baby blue Bentley Continental convertible.
Meanwhile, Paris is apparently claiming that Britney Spears has stolen her thunder by announcing plans to adopt Chinese twins.
She is reportedly telling friends that she decided to adopt from China after her recent visit there.
A “source” tells today’s Daily Star: “Paris knows Britney won’t be allowed to adopt, she can’t even look after her own kids. But she’s stolen her thunder.â€
Let’s hope neither celebutard is allowed anywhere near any Chinese babies!

I’ve been to Sweden, there not as good looking at people in Italy. The woman are big boned and have wide shoulders age badly.
I really don’t think Paris adopting children would be the best idea. I think she probably thinks that by adopting children she will be forced to grow up a bit….but she really should do the growing up BEFORE adopting kids. She would probably be fine at first but I’m sure the novelty would rub off when she realised she couldn’t go out every night and go shopping all day.
This guy is hot though, and a normal guy could be just what Paris needs.
