Oh my God, cute little baby! Salma looks gorgeous, did she at some point have rhinoplastry? I just remember her nose being more “piggish” than it is now. Dang her boobs must be all over the place now.

I don’t think she’s cute at all - she’s got a funny shaped head and a piglette nose. But the beeeyotch is rich and she will probably grow into her looks to be a real beauty (whatever doesn’t look right, she can always get fixed with plastic surgery like her mother did).

I know, you’d be surprised how different kids can look from when they are babies. They still look the same but often a lot, lot better then when were a baby.
