The big news from yesterday’s Oprah was that Julia Roberts unveiled a photo of her new baby, Henry. But also part of the discussion was a new bracelet she designed for Emporio Armani.
It’s part of the RED campaign to fight AIDS in Africa and will be available online only at EmporioArmani.com on World AIDS Day on December 1 and in Emporio Armani stores nationwide in mid-December. Distribution of the special bracelet will be expanded on February 1, 2008.
Julia “designed” the bracelet with her hubby Danny Moder. The women’s version sells for $175 while the men’s bracelet goes for $195. Will you be picking one up this holiday season? (It’s all in the name of charity after all!)

Wow….could’ve spent a LITTLE more on the design…..that probably cost about $1 to make. And it’s quite ugly…..
ugly as sin
I wouldn’t wear that crappy looking bracelet
That is a lot of money. I wouldn’t, I know it is a good cause, but, really they would make more if it sold for $25.00
and exactly how much did ole horse face herself donate personally?
huh looks so so… http://www.paraguaydelivery.com
Why wouldn’t they make it look nice? They could have made a nice silver chain with a charm for the same price…….yeah it’s for charity, but who would wear that? Julia, Julia, Julia….
Agreed, Carrie, they would make more if it were $25. Still ugly though.
I’m gonna park in a handicapped spot and go buy one.
Nobody go to http://www.paraguaydelivery.com! gigi is a SPAMMER! BLOCK HER!
No, I wont be buying it… even for charity :P. I’d rather donate directly to my favorite charities… I don’t trust gimmicks like these anyway. Awful bracelet.
Mmm, yeah–it’s so obvious she slaved for weeks over this design.
I wouldn’t give 5 bucks for that P.O.S.
Hmm so while she was on oprah she didn’t talk about why she parks in handicapped zones? i wouldn’t give this bitch a cent.
I really like the bracelet and I see what they are trying to do by making it ‘designer’ but its a bit unrealistic to expect everyone to pay that amount of money. I’m sure they will get sales but not as many as they would if it was affordable to everybody. I guess they want that exclusivity thing to draw people in.
